Hi there - i’m katie.
As a NCCA accredited certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, my goal is for everyone to feel good! I offer a holistic approach to fitness, believing that movement should enhance your days and a healthy lifestyle shouldn’t feel restrictive.
I’ve always been passionate about fitness and wellbeing. After I graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia in 2015, I began taking group fitness classes, eventually getting AFAA certified to teach group fitness in 2020. I’ve pursued all sorts of modalities through fitness before falling head over heels for Pilates- completing my classical mat teacher training in 2023.
Additionally, I have certificate of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and am constantly looking towards no only better my physical health, but my emotional, spiritual, and mental health. When not working out with you, you can find me outdoors, either hiking, running, biking, or just sitting in the park with a book in hand.
